Mental Health Screening
A mental health screening can help diagnose a mental health disorder. Similar to a normal physical health screening, it is also important to get regular mental health screening to ensure your emotional wellbeing.
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy is a treatment of emotional and personality problems or disorders by using psychological means. In other words, just like how a physician would treat fever or cold there are treatments that help with treating problems of an emotional nature. These problems can range from milder emotional conflicts to severe psychopathologies.
Group Psychotherapy
Depending on the nature of your problem, group therapy can be an ideal choice for addressing your concerns and making positive changes in your life. Typically, groups meet for an hour or two each week. Some people attend individual therapy in addition to groups, while others participate in groups only.
Couples Therapy
A type of therapy in which both partners in a committed relationship are treated at the same time by the same therapist or therapists. Couples therapy is concerned with problems within and between the individuals that affect the relationship. This type of therapy is open to all individuals regardless of marriage status or sexual orientation.
Family Therapy
Family therapy can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. It may include all family members or just those able or willing to participate. Your specific treatment plan will depend on your family's situation. Family therapy sessions can teach you skills to deepen family connections and get through stressful times, even after you're done going to therapy sessions.
